Soulful Yoga
Page offers students a combination of soulful movement, breath practices and hands-on assists, with options to modify or intensify. She has a certification in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga from the Transformation Yoga Project.
Page’s yoga practice and teaching are informed by her own wellness journey. After a traumatic brain injury in 2008, she set out to establish a sustainable path of recovery and wellness that primarily included yoga and meditation. Her yoga practice began in a chair and evolved into the completion of her 200-hour teacher training at BRV in Phoenixville, PA. She lives with a beloved assortment of non-human animals, many of whom have a regular morning down-dog routine.
Page is a soulful, thoughtful, caring yoga instructor. She brings a full heart to her classes, meeting people exactly where they are, regardless of experience or flexibility. Her passion for the practice makes her classes rewarding for both body and soul.
I’ve taken numerous yoga classes throughout my life and I have to say, the compassion, thoughtfulness, care and love that Page brings to class is so amazing. I love her voice; I love her choice of music. I always feel comfortable and don’t worry about anyone judging me.
Page brings a welcome sense of calmness to her practice and students. She loves to share her passion for healing and community in her classes, and in her everyday life. She is an inspiring yogi.
